Service Centres

EBME Ltd operate three main service centres at Harlow, Bedford and Enfield. From these Service centres, we provide on site and community based equipment maintenance to a broad range of Medical Equipment.

The Bedford Service centre is located at Bedford Hospital where for the past seven years, we have provided a whole hospital EBME Service and also now provide equipment maintenance services to Bedford PCT. Testament to our success is the continual renewal of our services year after year, following EU procurement tendering procedures. In 2010 we were successful in being appointed for a further five year contract as the EBME service provider following completion of the original five year contract and an extension of two years at Bedford Hospital. We value these long term partnerships.

 

 

 

The Harlow Service Centre has been established nine years and is located in the industrial area at Harlow in Essex. The service centre has expanded year after year, and the facility is now located in prime industrial accommodation where we have 2000sq ft of fully equipped workshop facilities. The main purpose of this facility is to service Infusion Devices, Ventilation and other medical equipment across a number of clients including Bupa Home Healthcare, many GP practices, PCT and community based healthcare organisations. We also provide equipment support direct to patients in their own homes to assist them with the management of chronic healthcare conditions, providing planned maintenance and responding to breakdown repairs using our team of well qualified engineers and technicians.

 

 

 

Chase FarmThe Enfield service centre is located at Chase Farm Hospital.  From here, EBME provide a Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive repair service to the acute hospital, and the Community Care Services including the Mental Health Trust.  EBME were awarded a five year contract for provision of services to commence in April 2011.  EBME also provide the CAS Liaison and Medical Device Management service to the Trust.  This holistic approach enables us to work proactively with the Trust for device management and planned replacement programmes.
