EBME Ltd are pleased to announce that they are now part of the TBS Group who are listed on the AIM Italia and provide outsourced integrated clinical engineering, e- health and e-government services across 13 countries.

EBME Ltd are pleased to announce that they are now part of the TBS Group, who have acquired a 63.25% share of the company. The TBS Group are listed on the AIM Italia and provide outsourced integrated clinical engineering, e- health and e-government services across 13 countries. They employ more than 2,000 employees, have 26 specialist centres and more than 300 on site workshops linked to over 1000 hospitals. 

As our valued clients will know, EBME Ltd  have, over the past twelve years, built  an unrivalled reputation for quality Medical Device Management and Maintenance, and are particularly known for the work that they have undertaken in developing Medical Device standards and assisting organisations to meet the latest Medical Device standards. Combined with the services provided from their service centres in Harlow, Bedford Hospital and more recently at Chase Farm Hospital, the company has continued to grow under the direction of Caroline Finlay as the company founder and John Sandham as the Managing Director.  

TBS Group have many contracts across the UK. The strategic vision is to build on the best strengths of both companies to deliver comprehensive Medical Device Services and e-health solutions within the market, expanding our geographical coverage and our position in the market.

EBME Ltd will continue to operate as a separate company until April 2012, when a merger will take place to maximise the strategic benefits of the acquisition. John Sandham will continue in his role as Managing Director and will play an important role in the future direction of the merged organisation on the TBS GB Ltd board of directors.
