Chief Executive: Caroline Finlay
Caroline is the Chief Executive and founder of EBME Ltd. Caroline has a Biomedical Engineering background and is well respected within the health sector. She has over 17 years experience working directly for the NHS holding management posts at St Marys Hospital Paddington, Barnet Hospital, and until 2000 was Head of Medical Equipment Management at Kings College Hospital. She has worked on a wide range of capital equipment projects in the UK producing option appraisals, business cases, procurement strategies undertaking medical equipping and operational reviews and implementation plans as a consultant. She has also advised Trusts on their capital equipping schemes in respect of service planning, design, output specifications, investment planning, service configurations, procurement and operational solutions at the same time as supporting the growth of EBME. Her role in EBME has been focused on business development and financial management.
Managing Director: John Sandham
John is Managing Director of EBME. John has been working in the field of medical devices for over 25 years. He is a recognised expert in his field of medical devices management, process analysis, and procurement. He has been instrumental in changing the device management processes of many NHS Trusts and has a proven track record in delivering safe recurrent cost saving improvements that also improve the organisations management of medical devices thereby reducing risk, and assisting in delivery of National Health Service Litigation Authority (NHSLA) targets. His knowledge of medical devices includes general biomedical, X-ray and pathology. He believes in sharing best practice and is a respected professional in his field of medical devices management and business process re-engineering, speaking at many professional seminars.

Director of Quality and Performance
Professional Experience:
A highly experienced medical device management professional who is familiar with the implementation of the Quality Management System – ISO 9001:2008. Bio-Medical qualifications achieved whilst a serving member of the Royal Air Force for 12 years. An accomplished Bio-Medical department Manager who also holds the position of Director of Quality and performance. Stuart assists in company strategic direction and the development of quality improvements in healthcare.
